Refund policy
If WalletCalm Pro isn't right for you, you get your money back: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
14-day money-back guarantee
Ask within 14 days of your first payment for Pro, monthly or yearly, and you get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Use the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, or go to https://paddle.net and look up your order with the e-mail address you paid with.
Or write to us at support@walletcalm.com from that e-mail address (or tell us the order number), and we'll arrange it.
Paddle, our merchant of record, sends the money back to the payment method you used. It usually arrives within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
After those first 14 days, and for later renewals, payments aren't refundable and we don't refund unused parts of a period. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal so you're not charged again.
If something went wrong (you were charged twice, or WalletCalm didn't work for you because of a fault on our side), write to us and we'll put it right.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in WalletCalm under Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
After a refund
Pro ends when the refund is made and your account goes back to the Free plan. Everything you created stays; the Free limits apply to new items.
Your legal rights
Purchases are made from Paddle, and Paddle's refund policy also applies (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). In the EU and the UK, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; our guarantee covers that period in full.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Refunds may be refused in case of fraud or abuse of this policy.
